The absence of staff during key times was glaring!!! Check-in on the automated kiosk felt Cold and robotic, while limited parking further complicated our arrival. Noise from the breakfast area was intolerable at times!!!

The location of the Vaduzerhof By B-Smart is outstanding, being just minutes from Vaduz's main attractions. The room was modern and spacious, featuring a beautiful bathroom with an exceptional shower. Breakfast was a positive experience as well, offering a variety of items like eggs, bacon, and pastries, alongside convenient storage lockers for after-checkout belongings.

The electronic check-in process was challenging. there was no staff available for assistance.

The location in Vaduz is perfect, just a short walk to main attractions. The breakfast offered a decent variety, with eggs, bacon, and pastries that I enjoyed. The room had a lovely layout, featuring modern decor and a nice bathroom. However, check-in was frustrating. the automated process had a few technical issues, and I nearly gave up after 30 minutes. The heating system was also problematic. it couldn’t be adjusted and made the room too warm. Despite having to open the window, outside noise was a disturbance. When I reported the heating issue, no one addressed it during my stay. Having no response after a complaint is disappointing. Still, the cleanliness and the available self-service lockers were a plus.

The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore Vaduz's main attractions! Our room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom, and the shower was simply fantastic! The breakfast was varied, offering plenty of choices to kickstart our day. I also loved the peaceful wellness area, even though it’s small, it was just right for a quick unwind. The self check-in process was straightforward, giving us more time to enjoy the city.

I enjoyed my four-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room. The location is prime for exploring Vaduz. Though the breakfast had a lovely variety, they ran out of tea during my visit—a small hiccup. Consider bringing your own tea for a comfortable start to your mornings.
